Free Shipping on Every Order
Enjoy free standard shipping on all Furavie orders — no minimum required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. Some of our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, including international locations, which is why delivery can take a little longer than local stores. An estimated delivery window is also shown on each product page.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather or customs.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show updates after it is first issued.
Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as lost, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.
