At Furavie, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and not used on a pet
- Clean and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used on a pet can only be returned if they are defective.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind & Exchanges
If you simply changed your mind or need a different size, you are welcome to return the item within 14 days. Return shipping costs for these returns are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot accept returns sent without approval.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.
